Faulty or Damaged Items:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt.
- To report a faulty or damaged item, email us at support@mycomfortattire.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear pictures and/or videos showing the problem.
- Our team will review your claim within 7 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the faulty item and arrange for a replacement.
