REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellation
We accept the cancellation of an order before the product is delivered or manufactured. In such a case, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
Returns (if any)
We do accept product returns. The buyer has the right to request a refund within 30 days of receiving the goods. It should be noted that for returns that are not due to quality issues (such as simply changing one's mind or finding the product not to one's personal preference), the customer shall be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific amount of the shipping fee will depend on the express company you choose.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Please refrain from returning the purchase directly to the manufacturer.
The customer will be charged a maximum of one shipping fee when returning the product (this applies to all returns). There is no restocking fee for returning the product to the consumer.
Refund (if any)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, such as PayPal.
Late or Missing Refund (if any)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. After that, contact your bank since it often takes some time for the refund to be reflected. If you've done all these and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at fydysbs@outlook.com.
Shipping Fee Responsibility
In the case where the return is caused by our reasons, like the goods received being damaged or not in line with the order details, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. But for returns that are not related to quality issues, the customer must cover the shipping costs.
